- Exchange: If you’d prefer a replacement, we will send a new item to you.
Return & Exchange Process:
- You have 7 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your item.
- We will send you a prepaid return label for easy returns.
- For refunds, please allow 7-15 business days for the amount to reflect on your original payment method, depending on your bank’s processing time.
- For exchanges, we will send the replacement item promptly upon receiving the returned item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will prioritize your request and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In such cases, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Customer-Initiated Damage:
Please note, we are unable to process returns or offer refunds for items that are damaged due to customer misuse.
Shipping Fees:
We cover all shipping fees for returns or exchanges, regardless of the reason. You will not be responsible for any return shipping costs.
